A search engine result page (SERP) is the page that shows the result to a user in a search engine like Google for a specific query. These results are giving in two ways paid results (Pay Per Click - PPC) in a form of advertisement which is paid by the company who wants to promote their services or products and organic results, which is gathering by search engine's algorithms. These results are displayed (rank) according to the relevance of the query. The results display in the SERP usually includes a title, a link and a short description (meta description) about the content. Also, the SERP will offer suggestions about related topics.
